Crazy about Space and Space Ships.... Here is a hub which will also fulfill your knowledge

and allow you to see the Space ships also....Till Date we have only seen spaces ships in Sci - fi movies and ofcourse STAR TREK and STAR WARS... how can anyone forget that...But in real life, as some of us know that it is farmost difficult to travel in a space ship... or other wise called as a Shuttle Craft... Astronaunts have to take so many pains just to fly in a Shuttle... ever wonder why...

The reason being Space is a vaccum... we are accustomed to live in a spear full of gravitaional and other forces.... in space none of them exist... In order to survive in Space Specific training has to be taken...

Talking about space ship... We are not even close to "Enterprise" Of STAR TREK... but we will get there...

Living in a Space Craft is not a peace of cake... You have less space, Less facilities... and i can go on and on... But it involves fun also... Going to a diffrent and a new Frointer is a challenge... a challenge that has be accepted and taken forward.

Have any of you booked your ticket to moon yet! I will and mostly spend most of my money only to See ... the moon that i occasionally see from a firm, known surface...

SOMETHING YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT SPACE CRAFTS :

Life support Spacecraft intended for human spaceflight must also include a life support for the crew. Attitude control Spacecraft need an attitude control subsystem to be correctly oriented in space and respond to external torques and forces properly. The attitude control subsystem consists of sensors subsystem permits proper pointing for the science objective, sun pointing for power to the solar arrays and earth-pointing for communications.

The CDH subsystem receives commands from the communications subsystem, performs validation and decoding of the commands, and distributes the commands to the appropriate spacecraft subsystems and components. The CDH also receives housekeeping data and science data from the other spacecraft subsystems and components, and packages the data for storage on a solid state recorder or transmission to the ground via the communications subsystem. Other functions of the CDH include maintaining the spacecraft clock and state-of-health monitoring

Spacecraft need an electrical power generation and distribution subsystem for powering the various spacecraft subsystems.

For spacecraft near the Sun, solar panels attracting solar engery are frequently used to generate electrical power. Spacecraft designed to operate in more distant locations, for example Jupiter, might employ a (RTG) to generate electrical power

Spacecraft must be engineered to withstand transit through the Earth's atmosphere and the space environment. They must operate in a vacuum with temperatures potentially ranging across hundreds of degrees Celsius as well as (if subject to reentry) in the presence of plasmas....

These are sum of the vitals things needed in a space craft... I can go on and on but as i gather more info regarding it and make it into a simple and sweet essay... you will have to wait!

Today's Space Crafts are becoming more and more complex and good...

I can't wait for the day i go to moon... until then just watch

these space ships... and ENJOY

Very nice hub! I've been in love with space ships and science fiction about space exploration for as long as I could remember.

Fantastic pictures. I don't think I will be booking a trip to the moon but I used to be an avid Star Trek fan. Great hub.

Well, you've heard this before but, great pictures! Really!

Geez, I been watching Star Trek -in one form or another- all of my life! Do you like the current Battlestar Galactica? It's really amazingly well done.
